“Tony” at the Nitehawk Shorts Festival!
I’m incredibly excited to announce that “Tony” will have its U.S. premiere, courtesy of the amazing Nitehawk Shorts Festival in Brooklyn, NY! The film will be screening on November 13th at 11:30 a.m as part of the Matinee Two programme.

“Tony” World Premiere at Antimatter 2016!
I’ve very excited to announce that my recent film “Tony” will have its world premiere at The Antimatter Media Arts Festival in Victoria B.C. on October 26th at 7p.m! It’s an absolute honour. More announcements to come.

Thesis Update – Screen test
I haven’t posted any visual content in a while, but that doesn’t mean that stuff isn’t quietly brewing. After trying to name this project since its been in development, it suddenly occurred to me that the simplest title has the most resonance. “Tony” it is.

Shallow Grave
Buried some work print outtakes from past projects in the backyard, experimenting with accelerated decomposition. No idea what will materialize but that’s all part of the fun. Very special thank you to Steven Woloshen and the amazing resource that is “Recipes For Reconstruction”.

Ending the Year
Final collaborative mfa studio class is done. As fun as it was, I’m looking forward to making my own work again. A very special thanks to Megan Turnbull for the photo documentation!

…kinda like me…
I’ve put together a reel showing some of the footage I’ve accumulated so far for my proposed thesis film. Everything is tentative, but aesthetically it’s where I’m headed. You can find it underneath the “Thesis” section of the website’s menu.
